Unsure of the condition of your books? This service allows us to uncover issues that need to be addressed in your existing books. There is no pressure or obligation to make an additional purchase.

Also, if you are looking to transition your bookkeeping services to us, this diagnostic review is required in order to provide you a quote for clean up or ongoing services.

You will receive a report outlining any issues and needed adjustments. If a clean up is needed, we will provide a quote, or we may refer you out if the clean up is of exceptionally large magnitude.

We will review for discrepancies and adjustments needed in:

  • Chart of Accounts
  • Bank, credit card, and loan account balances
  • Assets
  • Income and expense accounts
  • Equity accounts

You will need to give us access to your QBO file and provide a copy of your last filed business tax return as well as relevant account statements. (You will receive access to our secure client portal for the transfer of any necessary documents.)

We strive to complete the diagnostic review within one week. Please note that we may have questions for you during this phase, and your cooperation is necessary in order to be able to finish in a timely manner.

By purchasing this service, you agree to the terms outlined in the Terms section.

  • You will need to invite us to your QuickBooks file as an accountant user with the following information:

    Andrea Lyles, andrea@contractorskeeperllc.com

Here is a short tutorial if you're not sure how to do that. Note that your QuickBooks file may look a little different but the essential steps are still the same.
