Doing well handling your bookkeeping in house but needing just a little help to answer a question or two? We offer hourly consultations! Time is billed according to hours spent on communication, any associated research, and presentation of explanations or findings. Some questions may require meeting on Zoom to discuss.
PRELIMINARY PHASE
NEEDS ASSESSMENT or DIAGNOSTIC REVIEW
$250 flat fee
After our initial consultation, we will perform a review of your QuickBooks Online account in which we assess whether any adjustments need to be made before starting ongoing work. We have found that most new clients need some level of clean up or catch up. If this is the case, we will provide you with our findings as to what adjustments need to be made and either refer you out for large clean ups or provide a proposal for smaller clean ups. If your books are ready for monthly bookkeeping, we will provide a proposal for your monthly services.
BOOKKEEPING CLEAN UP

If you are in need of a clean up, this will be the next step. Otherwise, you will be presented with monthly packages, as outlined in the next section.

The above pricing is a starting point and covers up to 100 monthly transactions, 4 bank or credit card accounts, 2 loan accounts, and a yearly gross revenue of up to $1,000,000. Actual pricing is determined after an initial assessment of your QuickBooks account. Accounting software fee not included. Integrations or lack of communication resulting in more work for us will incur additional fees. We strive to be reasonable but also hope our clients understand that we are not mind readers. TAX PLANNING
Our tax planning services take your bookkeeping to the next level. Tax planning is not just about compliance, but about being proactive in identifying deductions as we do your bookkeeping, making sure you have the proper policies in place, and offering strategies to lower your tax bill. Basic tax planning is included in our Standard package, while advanced tax planning is typically a separate engagement.
TAX PREP AND FILING
For any other tax services, such as tax prep and filing, we work closely with strategic partners to help fill those needs. We are happy to provide your tax preparer the necessary information get your business taxes taken care of. If you already have a tax preparer and would continue to like to use them, you are welcome to do so.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE ASSISTANCE
If you're still keeping track of everything on paper (or in your mind) you may be surprised at how much a project management software can streamline your estimating, elevate your client and vendor communication, manage your schedule, and give you insights into project profitability.
We STRONGLY recommend using a project management software along with QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Online is great as a general ledger and your source of information for tax prep, but it is much better to handle job budgets and job costing with an integrated project management software.
