Unsure of the Condition of your Books? We can help.
During this process, we will perform a review of your QuickBooks Online account in order to assess whether any adjustments need to be made to your books and recommend next steps. We have found that most new clients need some level of clean up or catch up, so this step is required to start ongoing services with us. Whether a clean up is needed or you are ready for ongoing bookkeeping, we will provide a quote for services once the diagnostic review is complete.

You are also welcome to purchase this service if you want a review of your books simply for your own peace of mind. You are not obligated to purchase any additional services.

TAX PLANNING
Our tax planning services take your bookkeeping to the next level. Tax planning is not just about compliance, but about being proactive in identifying deductions as we do your bookkeeping, making sure you have the proper policies in place, and offering strategies to lower your tax bill. While compliance is included in our bookkeeping packages, tax planning is a separate engagement. This is priced on a case by case basis depending on the strategies involved and level of support needed for maintenance.
TAX PREP AND FILING
For any other tax services, such as tax prep and filing, we work closely with strategic partners to help fill those needs. We are happy to provide your tax preparer the necessary information get your business taxes taken care of. If you already have a tax preparer and would continue to like to use them, you are welcome to do so.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE ASSISTANCE
If you're still keeping track of everything on paper (or in your mind) you may be surprised at how much a project management software can streamline your estimating, elevate your client and vendor communication, manage your schedule, and give you insights into project profitability.

We STRONGLY recommend using a project management software along with QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Online is great as a general ledger and your source of information for tax prep, but it is much better to handle job budgets and job costing with an integrated project management software.
